Terms of Service — Ultimate Finance Bot

By using the Ultimate Finance Bot Telegram bot ("the Bot") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. What the Service is

Ultimate Finance Bot is a personal-finance assistant inside Telegram. It helps you record and understand your own money — log expenses and income from text, voice or photos, categorise them, track budgets, goals and debts, and optionally import transactions from banks and crypto wallets you connect. It is an informational and organisational tool only.

2. The Bot uses AI — and can be wrong

The Bot uses artificial-intelligence models to understand your messages and generate answers. AI can make mistakes: it may mis-read an amount, category, date or account, or give an inaccurate summary. Always review what the Bot records and check anything important yourself. You are responsible for the transactions you confirm.

3. Not financial advice

The Bot does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and its outputs are not a recommendation to take or avoid any action. For decisions about your money, consult a qualified professional. You use the information at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Bot only for your own accounts and data, in compliance with applicable law and Telegram's Terms of Service.

5. Connecting banks and wallets (read-only)

You may connect external accounts so the Bot can import your transactions. Depending on the provider, this works in one of two ways:

• Your bank's own personal API token (e.g. Monobank): you create a personal, read-only statement-access token yourself in your bank's app or website and give it to the Bot. We store it encrypted and use it only to fetch your statements and balances.
• Open Banking / PSD2 (for EU banks, where available): access is granted through the licensed Open Banking aggregator Enable Banking, on your bank's own secure consent screen, and is time-limited.

Crypto wallets are connected by their public address only, which is read-only by nature.

In every case this access is read-only: the Bot can read your transactions and balances to show them to you — it cannot move, send or spend your money. You can revoke access at any time: in the Bot via /connections (which also deletes the stored credentials), and/or with your bank or wherever you created the token.

6. Subscriptions, prices and payments

Some features are free; others require a paid Pro subscription. Prices, durations and any discounts are shown in the Bot before you pay (/plan). Payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars) and/or our payment provider — we do not receive or store your full card details. A Pro purchase grants Pro access for the stated period; unless explicitly described as recurring, purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew. Applicable taxes may apply.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled via /paysupport in the Bot. See our Refund Policy at /legal/refunds for details. Telegram Stars purchases are refunded through Telegram; card purchases are refunded through the payment provider.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Bot to break the law, to access data that is not yours, to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or to submit others' personal or financial data without a lawful basis.

9. Your data

We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy). You can delete your data at any time from within the Bot (/clear, /forget).

10. Availability, disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind (including accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or uninterrupted operation). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Bot's output. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your statutory consumer rights). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time and delete your data (/clear, /forget). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at /legal/terms on ultimateminiapps.com, together with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: contact@ultimateminiapps.com.
